Premraj Arora was a renowned Indian bodybuilder who came into the limelight after participating in Junior Mr. India in 2011 in which he won the Most Improved Bodybuilder Award. He died due to a heart attack on 26 April 2023.

He participated the various bodybuilding championship like Stong Men of Rajasthan (2003), Mr He-Man of Rajasthan (2009), Mr Rajasthan (2008, 2009, and 2015 (senior)), and Mr North India (2009) (junior and senior categories). In 2011, he won the Most Improved Bodybuilder Award at the 49th Junior National Body Building Championship conducted at Kalyan, Maharashtra; he was registered under the 60 kg category.
The hefty bodybuilder owned three branches of the gym Royal Fitness Club across Kota, Rajasthan, one in Gumanpura, one in Vigyan Nagar, and one in Santoshi Nagar. He trained various gym-goers and assisted them in participating in diverse competitions.
He had a Hyundai Elite i20.
On 26 April 2023, Arora died due to a heart attack in Kota, Rajasthan. Arora finished his daily workout routine and went to the bathroom. His family grew suspicious that something was wrong as he was not responding to their calls. Arora was discovered when someone broke the door open to the bathroom, where he was found unconscious under the running shower with no pulse. Although he was rushed to the hospital immediately, he was declared dead on arrival.

- On 30 January 2011, he won the Most Improved Bodybuilder Award at the 49th Junior National Body Building Championship conducted at Kalyan, Maharashtra. The overall title went to Pramod Palde of Maharashtra while S.K. Mustaque of West Bengal won the Best Poser Award. Arora also won the competition of Best Power Lifting of Rajasthan (2012-13).
