The PBI has arrested the husband of a housewife buried in sand after four months of her disappearance in Nazirpur, Pirojpur.
He was arrested from Dhaka’s Mohammadpur, PBI’s Pirojpur office SI (Unarmed) Rifat Imran said.
This information was informed in a press release of PBI on Friday afternoon.
Arrested. Tariqul Islam (22) is the son of Dakshin Chithlia Grarem Mizan Khan of Nazirpur Upazila of Pirojpur.
SI Rifat Imran said that last Monday, the police recovered a body of a housewife missing for four months from a sand field in Satkasemia village of Nazirpur upazila. Later, the PBI of Pirojpur conducted a shadow investigation along with the Thana Police to unravel the mystery of the incident and arrest the accused.
