OC Tajul said, “Initially, it is believed that Moin was hacked to death due to alienation. There is a mark of anger on his head.”
An operation is underway in the area to bring those involved in this incident under the law.
He said that the body of the deceased was recovered and sent to Sylhet MAG Osmani Medical College Hospital for autopsy.
